del tama\u00f1o de su plantilla deben contar con un <b>Protocolo de Prevenci\u00f3n y Actuaci\u00f3n frente al acoso sexual, acoso por raz\u00f3n de sexo y el acoso virtual<\/b>, en los t\u00e9rminos previstos en el art\u00edculo 48 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica 3\/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres, y el art\u00edculo 12 de la reciente Ley Org\u00e1nica 10\/2022, de 6 de septiembre.<\/p><p>Este protocolo responde a la necesidad de <b>prevenir y sensibilizar<\/b> contra las violencias sexuales en el \u00e1mbito laboral, y se convierten en el instrumento clave para erradicar conductas no deseadas, garantizar efectivamente la tutela de los derechos fundamentales y el derecho de las personas trabajadoras a una <b>protecci\u00f3n eficaz en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo<\/b>.<\/p><p>Las <strong>sanciones<\/strong> que pueden imponerse a las empresas por no disponer de un protocolo var\u00edan en funci\u00f3n de la <strong>gravedad del incumplimiento de la normativa<\/strong>.
