font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); font-weight: inherit;\">&nbsp;<\/span>Suspensi\u00f3n o reducci\u00f3n de la jornada laboral por ERTE o por resoluci\u00f3n judicial en procedimiento concursal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4d5156; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); font-weight: inherit;\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"false\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd35\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/15.0.3\/svg\/1f535.svg\">&nbsp;<\/span>Extinci\u00f3n o suspensi\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n de trabajo por propia decisi\u00f3n de la v\u00edctima de violencia de g\u00e9nero o sexual al verse obligada a abandonar su puesto de trabajo como consecuencia de dicha violencia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4d5156; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); font-weight: inherit;\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"false\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd35\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/15.0.3\/svg\/1f535.svg\">&nbsp;<\/span>Decisi\u00f3n de la persona trabajadora de finalizar la relaci\u00f3n laboral por alguna de las causas siguientes:<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4d5156; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>Modificaci\u00f3n sustancial&nbsp; de las condiciones de trabajo (horario, jornada, r\u00e9gimen de trabajo a turnos, sistema de remuneraci\u00f3n y cuant\u00eda salarial, funciones, cuando excedan de los l\u00edmites de la movilidad funcional).<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4d5156; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&#8211;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>Falta de pago o retraso continuado del pago del salario, o incumplimiento grave de sus obligaciones por parte del empresario.<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #4d5156;
