Un anteproyecto cuya finalidad es garantizar a las mujeres las <b>mismas oportunidades<\/b> que a los hombres en el empleo y adopci\u00f3n de decisiones a todos los niveles.<\/p><p>Esta iniciativa contin\u00faa la senda trazada por la Ley org\u00e1nica 3\/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres, que traspone la Directiva (UE) 2022\/2381 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 23 de noviembre de 2022 relativa a un <b>mejor equilibrio de g\u00e9nero entre los administradores de las sociedades<\/b> cotizadas y medidas conexas, con lo que Espa\u00f1a asume una posici\u00f3n de liderazgo a la hora de incorporar a su ordenamiento las normas y recomendaciones internacionales relativas a la igualdad de g\u00e9nero.\u00a0<\/p><p>La ley de paridad busca adaptar esta directiva a la legislaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola, y se espera que tenga un impacto positivo en la igualdad de g\u00e9nero en el pa\u00eds. Esto significa que al menos el 40% de los miembros de los \u00f3rganos de decisi\u00f3n, como consejos de administraci\u00f3n, juntas directivas, comit\u00e9s ejecutivos, entre otros, deber\u00e1n ser mujeres.<\/p><p>Es importante rese\u00f1ar la incorporaci\u00f3n del citado principio de equilibrio y paridad a distintos \u00e1mbitos de la sociedad, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n al \u00e1mbito empresarial.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">En cuanto a esto \u00faltimo, deben tenerlo en cuenta:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #4d5156; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); font-weight: inherit;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/15.0.3\/svg\/27a1.svg\" alt=\"\u27a1\ufe0f\" \/>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">Los consejos de <\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\"><b>administraci\u00f3n de las<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\"><b>sociedades cotizadas<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">, quienes deber\u00e1n asegurar que sus consejos de administraci\u00f3n tengan al menos un 40% de consejeras antes del 1 de julio de 2024.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #4d5156; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); font-weight: inherit;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/15.0.3\/svg\/27a1.svg\" alt=\"\u27a1\ufe0f\" \/>\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-3); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Entidades de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico <\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-3); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">que tengan m\u00e1s de 250 trabajadores o una cifra de negocios de m\u00e1s de 50M \u20ac o un activo superior a 43M\u20ac.<\/span><\/p><p><i>El incumplimiento se considerar\u00e1 como infracci\u00f3n grave en las sociedades cotizadas.<\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ed0eff e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5ed0eff\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-396ef18 e-con-full e-flex elementor-invisible e-con e-child\" data-id=\"396ef18\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;,&quot;animation_delay&quot;:200}\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-162a40e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"162a40e\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b42d80 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2b42d80\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5fa9bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e5fa9bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Las llamadas \"listas cremallera\"<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8be9a2d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8be9a2d\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f25a58f e-con-full e-flex elementor-invisible e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f25a58f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;,&quot;animation_delay&quot;:200}\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e296cb3 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e296cb3\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dacab59 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"dacab59\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e06394 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9e06394\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La obligaci\u00f3n de las listas cremallera es una medida que busca fomentar la igualdad de g\u00e9nero en la pol\u00edtica y asegurar una representaci\u00f3n equilibrada de hombres y mujeres en los cargos electorales.<\/p><p><b>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consisten las \u201clistas cremalleras\u201d?\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>Establece que las listas de personas candidatas a las elecciones deber\u00e1n ser elaboradas de forma alterna entre hombres y mujeres, es decir,<b> alternar entre un sexo femenino y uno masculino hasta finalizar<\/b>. Es una forma de evitar que se vac\u00eden de contenidos las cuotas y acaben por estar en primera l\u00ednea de salida solo los hombres, evitando que ese 40% se vaya al final de la lista.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">Con esta medida se garantiza una mayor presencia de las mujeres en las listas electorales y, por lo tanto, una mayor oportunidad para que las mujeres sean elegidas para cargos pol\u00edticos.<\/span><\/p><p>La nueva ley de paridad supondr\u00e1 un esfuerzo, m\u00e1s que necesario, por parte de las empresas y organizaciones afectadas, as\u00ed como del gobierno, para asegurar que se cumplen las cuotas y las listas cremallera establecidas. Este anteproyecto es un paso importante en la lucha por la igualdad de g\u00e9nero en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p><p>Le recordamos que <b>la sensibilizaci\u00f3n en igualdad de g\u00e9nero a la plantilla de las empresas es esencial <\/b>en el avance hacia la consecuci\u00f3n de una igualdad efectiva y real entre hombres y mujeres. Por ello, le informamos que, de acuerdo a el art\u00edculo 48 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica 3\/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres, y el art\u00edculo 12 de la reciente Ley Org\u00e1nica 10\/2022, de 6 de septiembre:<\/p><p><b><i>\u201cLas empresas deben promover la sensibilizaci\u00f3n y ofrecer formaci\u00f3n para la protecci\u00f3n integral contra las violencias sexuales a todo el personal a su servicio\u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/abire.es\/\"><b>Abire<\/b><\/a> le propone las siguientes acciones formativas, seg\u00fan la necesidad que deba cubrir:\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
